Privacy Policy for Endless Drift

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Endless Drift (package name com.jdmproject13.endlessdrift, hereafter "the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use it. The App is published by Day Break Studios ("the developer").

By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or photos. We do not operate any servers that store user-identifiable data. Your gameplay progress (coins, gems, unlocked items) is stored locally on your device only.

2. Information Collected Automatically by Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services. Each of these services collects certain technical information automatically. We do not see or store this information ourselves; it is collected directly by the providers under their own privacy policies.

2.1 Google AdMob (advertising)

The App displays rewarded video advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob automatically collects the following data to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and provide diagnostic information:

• Advertising ID (a resettable identifier you can control in your device settings)
• IP address
• Coarse (approximate) location derived from IP address
• Device information (model, operating system version, language, mobile network)
• App interactions related to ads (e.g., ad views, clicks, completions)
• Diagnostic and crash information related to the ad SDK

Data collected by Google AdMob is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can reset or limit your Advertising ID at any time in your Android device's Settings → Privacy → Ads.

2.2 RevenueCat (in-app purchases)

In-app purchases in the App are processed by Google Play Billing and managed through RevenueCat. When you make a purchase, the following information is processed:

• Anonymized device/user identifier (used by RevenueCat to associate purchases)
• Purchase history (which products you bought and when)
• Subscription or entitlement status (for the "Restore S13" purchase)
• Country and currency of the purchase

RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment card details — those are handled exclusively by Google Play. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/.

2.3 Google Play Billing

All payment processing is handled by Google Play. The App never sees your credit card or payment details. See Google Play's privacy practices at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers nine optional in-app purchase products: coins_small, coins_medium, coins_large, coins_mega, gems_small, gems_medium, gems_large, gems_mega, and restore_s13. These are one-time consumable or non-consumable purchases. You will be charged via your Google Play account at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us through the App's third-party services, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. The only sharing that occurs is the automatic data flow to the third-party services listed in Section 2 (AdMob, RevenueCat, Google Play Billing), which is necessary for those features to function.

6. Data Security

All data transmitted by the App's third-party services is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS).

7. Your Rights and Choices

• Reset advertising ID: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
• Opt out of personalized ads: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
• Manage purchases: Through your Google Play account.
• Delete data: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored gameplay data. To request deletion of any data held by AdMob or RevenueCat, contact us at the email below and we will forward the request to the appropriate provider.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
